suppose a boy of 22yrs. has income of rs 40000 on which tax is deducted for re. 5000 (say) & he dont have PAN CARD.
my question is how will he claim his tds & he dont have any other income.

Pl tell him (boy)to take PAN card. Give a copy of the PAN card to the deductor and request him/them to remit the deducted tax to the Government and obtain form 16A from him/them. Then the deductee(the boy) has to file his return of income to seek refund.

but the tds cerificate is already received by him then what to do
