Dear all.
in Fy 2014/15 my income tax advocate
had filled my income tax return of FY 2013/14, and one of my debtors had deducted my tds rs. 2000/- in FY 2013-14 but while filling income tax return for FY 2013-14 there was no tax liability but mistakenly my advocate has not claimed my tds amount rs 2000/- which was deducted in FY 2013-14,
my Query is, can i claim this 2000/- tds amount even in FY 2014-15,

No you can not claim this in return of FY 2014-15.
If the return of FY 2013-14 was submitted within due date u/s 139 (1) then same can be revised and Rs 2000/- can be claimed. If belated return was submitted for FY 2013-14 then you need resort to rectification u/s 154 for claiming credit of Rs 2000/-. Rectification u/s 154 can be filled only after receiving intimation u/s 143 (1).
