Proprietor firm Cloud give the Form 16A or 16 as manually (Through software)?
Or it is mandatory to issue by TRACE? because not registered in TRACE yet.

Or it is mandatory to issue by TRACE? because not registered in TRACE yet.

No one can issue own Form16A or Form16 from any owned software or other mode. All deductor can issue Form 16A or Form16 downloaded from TDSCPC website after filing a valid and accepted ETDS return. So register your TAN in TDSCPC and take certificate as quick possible.
