27 February 2014 respected sir one of my client is a small contractor he does a some work to the AP grampanchayat the contract price is 4lakhs but he received only 3.6lakhs remaining 0.4lakhs cut off as a tds but he does not get a tds certificate can u please give me advice where he can get the tds certificate

04 March 2014 TDS certificate will be given by the gram panchayat.

TDS amount will also be reflected in Form 26AS.
