WHAT ARE THE PROVISIONS RELATING TO ISSUE OF TDS CERTIFICATE TO dEDUCTEE . WHAT IS THE DATE OF ISSUING TDS CERTIFICATE TO DEDUCTEE.

1.Form 16 for salary - Time limit ends on 30th April.
2.Form 16A for Contacts/Commission/Rent/Professional fees - Time limit is with in one month from the end of the month during which credit / payment is made.
3.Form 16A covered for cases other than those mentioned in (2) above - Time limit is within one month from the end of the month during which payment is made.
