25 January 2012 I am a company, I give discount to customer / distributor through credit note on sale of goods , whether tds is applicable or not on discount amount ?
under which tds section will be applicable.?
Is there any case laws on this? Plz write.

26 January 2012 No TDS is required to be made on the discount that you are giving to your customers and distributor...
