Excess paid TDS Debited to Income& exp A/c allowed as an Expense..???

excess tds paid is not penalty hence you can claim the expenses

But if you have paid excess TDS then some person must have taken the credit of the same.
If this is the case then it was a reduction of your liability which cannot be shown in the P & L A/c.
