If amount of service tax has been showned separately in bill then on what amount TDS should be deducted?

Tds would be deducted on service tax amount also if its showned on the bill separately or not.
except in the case of rent bill tds is not deducted on service tax amount.

Only in case of Rent, TDS has not to be deducted on Service Tax Component. In all other cases, TDS should be deducted on Service Tax component also.
