Can u pls tell me, whether can i download the TDS payment challan from the NSDL website or Income Tax Website?

No. You can not you can only view details based on TAN. You can download challan from your bank website if you have made e-payment.

If you are asking for the online tax paid challan, its available on the site of your bank.
