we have paid a salary of Rs.36000-00,investment upto Rs.50000,what to do- can i deduct tds , if yes , please tell me procedure.

Total salary Rs. 36000 and investment Rs. 50000, so you are not coming under Income tax, so donot deduct TDS

Txable income
=( 432000-50000)
=Rs 382000
If employee is female--
TDS=(28222/12)=Rs 2352 p.m
If Male---
TDS=(31312/12)=Rs 2609 p.m.

UPTO Rs 190000.00 Nil
190001 to Rs 300000.00 10% (110000*10%)=11000
on Next 82000 @ 20%=16400
3% cess on (11000+16400)=Rs 822
Total=(11000+16400+822)=28222
