Dear all,
my co. wants to payment for an adv. agency the bill received including S.T. wheather tds should be deducted on total amt. of bill or excluding S.T.

it must be deducted on amount with service tax.

Except in case of TDS on Rent u/s 194I TDS should be deducted on amount inclusive of service tax.
