suppose we were not deducted tds on party bill and submitted by us from his own pocket and never raise debit note to claim tds amt from party.
i want to know that this expenditure allowed or not u/s 40a(ia).

IF TDS IS DEPOSITED IN GOVERNMENT ACCOUNT (DOES NOT MATTER FROM WHOSE POCKET) EXPENDITURE WILL NOT BE DISALLOWED.
