(Querist)
15 April 2010 Interest of Rs.15500/- was credited on 31.3.2010. TDS of Rs.1550/- was deducted. But due to oversight, TDS was deposited twice by the deductor, amount of TDS in any other liability of TDS. Kindly advise the remedies available with the deductor to get back excess amount of TDS inadvertently/ wrongly deposited?
