My Brother- in -law is a pensioner,above 60 yrs of age & not falls under income tax slabs who recently found that Rs.5000/- was deducted as TDS from his fixed deposit during FY 2011-12 & Rs.7000/- during FY 2012-13.Can he claim refund now?
