my father expired on 08/01/15. He has a fixed deposit at united bank of India and it was matured on 12/07/15. At the time of claim it is deducted by rs.10515 as TDs. is there any chance to claim/get back such amount. kindly give solution.

OBTAIN TDS CERTIFICATE FROM THE BANK. IF IT IS IN YOURS FATHER NAME THEN FILE RETURN UNDER THE STATUS OF LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE.
