12 March 2015 Dear expert
i had received bill of professional service RS. 40000 on 5/12/2014 even i had deducted 10% TDS as per section 194J and again i had received the bill of RS. 40000 i have deducted and deposited the same. but now the same party has given the bill of RS. only 10000.

do i need to deduct 10% TDS on this 10000 amount also or not..

please reply

12 March 2015 so totally u recd bill of 900000 na... then u must deduct tds on the same....

why u dont want to deduct tds on 10000.. u have to dear....
