Tds deducted non qouoting pan how claim for refund .now pan no is submitted .fixed deposits

unless pan is provided no tds can be refunded as its required to file itr for getting tds refund.

Ask the deductor to revise the TDS return by quoting your PAN. Once the TDS return is revised by the deductor you can claim the refund by filing your Income Tax Return.
