18 December 2014 my employer has deposited TDS for first 5 months salary of 2013-14 year . subsequently he has not paid salary for rest of the year and also has not deposited TDS although they have generated salary slips. he has paid all the arears in year 2014-15 and deposited corresponding TDS in december-2014 for the financial year 2013-14. I have filed my it return(for financial year 2013-14) within due date for first five months salary income and claimed IT-REFUND which got credited to my account.now for this new income and corresponding tds should i revise my IT return . kindly suggest what should i do? thanks in advance

20 December 2014 Yes you need to revise your return of income for the financial year 2013-14 by claiming TDS.
The last date of revise you return of income is 31st March 2016 as per section 139(5)

28 December 2014 in case of revision i need to pay back refund which i had claimed in original return and got credited to my account. how to pay back refund(which already received) to income tax dept? because there is no provision in the return to pay back wrongly received refund. should i pay under self assessment of tax? kindly advise..thanks..

28 December 2014 You need file revised return of Income, by paying additional interest under section 234D
