Is tds provisions apply to proprietorship business as previous year turnover exceeds limit specified u/s 44 AB. And TAN is already taken by proprietor last year.

Yes TDS provisions will apply. Liable to deduct TDS.

44AB applicable in respect of FY 2013-14 then TDS required to be deducted from FY 2014-15.
