01 November 2014 My TDS is deducted on my Income. But due to mistake of the deductor the last letter of my PAN no. entered wrongly due to with Income tax Deptt is refusing to accept my refund claim and showing a demand against me. what are the remedies available to me. this case is for A.Y 2010-11

01 November 2014 you have to make request to deductor for revised the return with correct PAN and then you can get refund of return due to amount of TDS not shown in your PAN 26AS statement.

01 November 2014 no problem tds retrun error can remove by your employer . there is no time limit for correction.
