is TDs deduct every month if I have salary of 4.5 lake if yes then would it be show in my salary slip by employer from deduct from basic salary

In case of salary TDS is deducted every month. If ur salary is Rs. 4.5 lakhs then TDS will be deducted by ur employer and the same can be seen in the salary slip.
