Sir, We are a proprietory concern. We have three proprietory concern. 1. D.Tyes, D.Lubes and D.Logistics.
We have only TAN Number on D.Logistcs
Whatevet Profit on D.Tyres and D.Lube is transfered to D.Logistcs
Now CA has raised bill for his professional work on all three concern.
Question Is whether we have to deduct tds on D.Tyres and on D.Lubes on Payment made to ca for his professional work.

Sushant, as per my view, being a proprietary concern, the TAN may be allotted in the name of the Proprietor.All the proprietary concerns are to be filed under the PAN of the same proprietor.So the expenses are also dealt as such. Then the threshold limit on TDS rules are to be fixed on the basis of on PAN & TAN view. So if auditor fees exceeds the limit of Rs.30000/- in collectively then TDS to be deducted and to be proceeded further.
