Dear Sir,
Ours is a government aided institution governed by Joint Director of Collegiate Education(JDCG).We prepare salary bill every month and mention therein TDS for each employee, the net salary will be credited in each one's account through ECS by Treasury.
We file TDS return every quarter by selecting book entry without mentioning challan number as the same is not known to us.
Now my query is how to get the challan number and form 24G number. Whom should i contact to retrieve the challan number and 24G details whether government treasury or JDCG.

You can view your BIN Numbers through BIN View in www.tin-nsdl.com by giving your TAN number, Month and year. You should use the Receipt No. and DDO Serial No. But importantly you must check the IT amount in that view.

Sir,Thank you for the reply.
I verified the bin details using our tan. But I receive a message" No records Found". Later I came to understand that The Treasury has done 24G not using our tan, but in our governing body ' Joint Director of Collegiate Education (JDCE)'. This body has control over about 20-30 aided Institutions.
TDS return has been filed without DDO details for the past 5 years.Now I have been asked to revise the return for various errors contained in various tds statements.Can I use the DDO details of JDCA?.This problem extends to all the institutions governed by 'JDCE'and various aided schools whose governing body is 'District Educational Officer'.
This has been communicated to IT officials who never stop sending default notices to us as they say that they are computer generated notices.Can this type of problem be sorted out. Pleas help.
