30 December 2013 Property Purchased over Rs. 50 Lacs and tds have to collected from seller 1% on sale price. what is the systems for compliance.

30 December 2013 now you need to deposit this tax by filing under Form 26QB refer this link for filling Form 26QB

After that, create an account at traces website: @ https://tdscpc.gov.in/

Once the account is created, withing 15 days of paying the tax, you can request for download of Form 16B. This Form 16B is to be issued to be seller.
