30 December 2013 now you need to deposit this tax by filing under Form 26QB refer this link for filling Form 26QB

After that, create an account at traces website: @ http://tdscpc.gov.in/

Once the account is created, withing 15 days of paying the tax, you can request for download of Form 16B. This Form 16B is to be issued to be seller.
