18 December 2013 bank has deducted tds on my F.D. coz of non availability of pan card @ 20%.Now i want to refund that amount...could u plz tell me the whole procedure to get the refund..and i am a student having no income..so how can i file my return..

19 December 2013 First if all you can't claim refund by filing return since you don't have a PAN. TDS deducted from you has also not credited to you for non furnishing of PAN.
Now first of all you need to apply for PAN. After getting PAN request your bank to revise the TDS Return by quoting your PAN. After the return is revised TDS will credited against your PAN. After that you can file your IT Return and claim refund.
