04 July 2013 Hello.,
My Friend has Income 1,90,000 annually.
But his still Deduct TDS u/s 192 which is N/A
So. please let me known that how can he claim refund

04 July 2013 TDS should not be deducted. Please check if he has submitted his PAN. If TDS has been deducted he can claim the refund by filing his Income Tax Return.

04 July 2013 In case he did not provide his PAN he will have to give his PAN and request his employer to revise the TDS return by quoting his PAN to enable him to get credit of the TDS amount.
