our material stored at warehouse and i am paying warehousing charges for space occupied at such warehouse.pls,reply me whether tds to be deducted on such a payment if yes under which section 194(c) or 194(i)????

As the warehouse charge is in the nature of rent it should be deducteed U/s 194 i

Yes I agree with mr mohan. As you have utilized the space of warehouse, hence it is in the nature of rent. Hence tds should be deducted under section 194(i).

is agreement necessary for such a deduction bcoz presently we do not have any agreement with such party then is it ok or not??? and when liability to deduct tds will be arise???
