17 October 2012 I have taken a loan on house property and enjoyed 80C benefit of principal amount during the financial year 2011-2012. Purchase date ( sale deed ) 15-01-2011

Now I want to sell the said house and have to revert 80C benefit

during the year I have entertained the said benefit my income was in 10% taxable slab but today my taxable slab is 20%

How i have to calculate reversal benefit

20 October 2012 QAMT CLAIMED AS DEDUCTION WILL BE ADDED TO UR INCOME. IF U R NOW IN A HIGHER SLAB THEN ALSO SAME WILL BE DONE. ITS A HARDSHIP BUT LAW HAS PROVIDED NO ALTERNATIVE IN THIS REGARD
