Hi,
Can you suggest about TDS percentage shall be applicable between Producer & Distributor deal of Rs.1 Cr.
Producer shall give licence to distributor to run worldwide the movie in theatre for 5 years.
& also want to know in which case between both the party shall come under contract of 5 years.
