15 May 2010 I did not file I.T.Return for A.Y.08-09 which is below taxable. For that period I had TDS of Rs.21,000/-. Now I want to claim this Tds in next year, can it is possible.

You cann't c/f TDs amount and accordingly cann't claim in next year or years. You will have to file your IT Return for the AY 2008-09 and in that return only, you will have to claim a refund of Rs.21K

As per your information i can't c/f TDS amount in next year. But in the IT Return table contains details of TDS (Schedule TDS2)mention that last colum is [Amount out of (6) claimed for this year]. So can u give me idia about meaning of this.

If u r following cash method of accounting and you have received part payment in one financial year and part payment in other year, you can claim TDS amount accordingly.
