Office is conducting Health Workshop & Etiquitte Workshop ( 1 hr for each and it is one time payment)
Do I need to deduct tds on it?
It is not a professional fees as both are proprietor and it is just like a lecture for 1 hr.

if its not exceeding 30,000 then no tds is applicable

yea it is not exceeding 30000/- but does tds on professional fees gets deducted on workshop / seminar?
Also do I need to calculate the limit of 30000/- individually for different persons?
