we have forget to deduct TCS in the month of sept 09( at the time of booking )but we want to deduct the same in the month of Oct 09.whether it is deducted at 1% or including surcharge & Ed cess

From 1.10.09 No surchage and cess on TDS/TCS only TCS 1% to be deduct
