a bill is say 8 lakh. Through RTGS or other than cash, amount of 795,000 is paid. 5000 being paid in CASH........the provisions of TCS become applicable.......but my question is that if buyer deposited 5000 case in seller's account that in case TCS become applicable or not ?

you have not mention the item you buy. i if goods or service bill exceeds rs. 2 Lacs and any single Rupees paid in cash then TCS will apply.
