I need clarity iN Sec11 and Sec 12 .
If The exemption is still available for Trusts even if it is not registered U/S 12 AA

29 October 2012 No for claiming exemption under sec.11 and 12 registration is mandatory as per the income tax act provisions.......otherwise trust would be liable to pay tax as per the slabs applicable to an individual
