With reference to the implementation of new taxable services for financial year 2011-12 can we know from when is this applicable.

Sure! Regarding the new taxable services introduced for the financial year 2011-12:
* The **Finance Act 2010** introduced several new taxable services.
* These services became **effective from 1st June 2010** onward.
* Therefore, for the financial year 2011-12 (which runs from 1st April 2011 to 31st March 2012), these services were already applicable throughout the year.
* Service tax on these newly introduced services was applicable **from 1st June 2010**, and the rates were as prescribed in the Finance Act and subsequent notifications.
