what is the maximaum amount which ischargeable to tax and the persona in reciept of income should obtain audit report in form no. 10 B and furnish the same with return of income of the trust or institution registered under section 12AA

That is the condition specified in section 12A(1)(b) of the Income tax Act,1961. The maxmimum amont which is not chargeable to tax for the asst year 2011-12 may be read as Rs. 1,60,000/-
