There is Rajan consultants
which receive commision from foreign college when the students join their college.
it also provide consultancy service to students about availing foreign education.
Please explain the taxability of service and it is covered under what head of service ???

In both the cirsumstances, the service is taxable in India.
Although after the inclusion of negative list the category of service has lost its importance, the same may be grouped under MCS - management consultancy service
