A property is owned by three persons(A,B and C) and rent agreement is also executed by those three persons and the renter but the cheque for the rent is in name of one person ie A only and TDS is also deducted in the name of A and subsequently rent received is deposited in a joint account in name of all three ie A,B and C. How B and C can claim TDS refund

If This is Genuine Transaction, Then Where The problem is ?
Since A is Taking all TDS Credit, Then He is Laible to Pay the Amount of TDS That B and C Want.
That Can be Refunded by A After Receiving Refund.
