the widow of a freedom fighter receiving pension, does it taxable or not. If not under what section.

Pension received by the Freedom Fighter is taxable under the head Salary only basic exemption is given allowed to Individual, Women and Senior Citizen.
In case of Family Pension receivable by any member of the deceased employee will be taxable under the head IFOS
It is taxable after giving basic exemption.
