Please tell anybody ,, if an individual paid tax u/s 140A before the due date of filling of ITR, while ITR filed after the due date ..... interest liable u/s sec-234A or not.

No. Please refer supreme court decision in Dr. Pranoy Roy's case reported in (2009) 309 ITR 231.
