I deal with AMCs of technical developed software ( that does not drive any machine)
what is the TDS on this , is it under 194C , how can I get confirmation from Income Tax authorities ,is there an application format to ask IT Authorities.

TDS on technical or professional AMC works attracts 194J only. incase you want to apply for lower rate of deduction, you can apply to your Assessing officer through form 13 under section 197
