e-payment of tax is mandatory for co and who has sec.44AB applicable.
so in a case of Director of a co., e-payment is compulsory or not?

No, It is not compulsory for those who not come under sec. 44AB.
If director is earning money from any proprietorship business and turn over of that business is more than Audit limit than only it is compulsory.
