Sir,We are two sisters only and our perent has left one house at Bihar, present cost 1.5 Cr appox.We want to sell it. should we sell it after making a partition deed among we two to reduce LTCG?

LTCG would remain same whether you sell it after partition or before...except for the small difference on account of basic exemption limit...
