21 September 2014 Sir,We are two sisters only and our perent has left one house at Bihar, present cost 1.5 Cr appox.We want to sell it. should we sell it after making a partition deed among we two to reduce LTCG?

21 September 2014 LTCG would remain same whether you sell it after partition or before...except for the small difference on account of basic exemption limit...
