Hello Expert ,
I have worked with X employer for 25Months.
Till date PF is in the same X trust since i did not transfer it or withdrawn it.
After that I joined Y employer worked there for 3Yrs.
Now I have resigned from Y.
Which PF (X or Y) can I withdraw now without any Tax ?

In my opinion you can withdraw PF from X.. without any tax.
PF from Y , will certainly attract tax.
PF from Y , will certainly attract tax.
