If the employee come under the tax calculation and his date of retirement is 06/11/2015.
Total Net Taxable Income 329960/-
as per IT rule tax exemption limit for the F.Y. 250000 for full year.
So he will get the benefit of 250000 or 250000/8= 166667
so pleas reply me

strange question. exemption limit is for the year. what has employment period has anything to do with it
