IF AN ASSESSEE HAVE DEDUCTED TAX AT SOURCE FOR THE F.Y. 2008-2009 THEN WHICH IS THE LAST DATE FOR DEPOSITING TDS TO GET THE DEDUCTION OF THE EXPENSES ON WHICH TDS IS DEDUCTED??

for April to Feb. - up to 7th of next month.
for March - up to date of filing of return

for march if you are paying after 30st may you need to pay interest on it. you can pay it till september as per ammendment in finance bill of 2008.

Tax deducted during Apr-Feb, amt can be deposited within 31st March, to avoid dis allowance, although interest is attracted.
