Can anyone please tell me whether there is any exemption or tax benefit for the employees of a foreign embassy in India. ( The employee is an Indian resident)

But sir, this clause is for an Individual who is not a citizen of India. But in my case, the employee is a citizen of India.

no. indian resident is not exempted.
