22 September 2010 CA's are not allowed to express an opinion on fin Stmts of enterprise to which he is related as per schedule to CA Regulations Act,1949. However CA are allowed to express an opinion in Tax Audit Report of an enterprise to which he is related . Is it so because Tax Audit is not expressing an opinion on fin. statements ? Or is there seperate guidance note for Tax Audit which says that Auditor can also be related ?
