Can any one tel me complete procedure of TaxAudit? After Vouching what are to be prepared? what points are to seen? what forms are to be prepared? i need a complete procedure. plz help me urgent.

All those to be reported via from 3CD under relevent heads are to be prepared as annexures with full documentary supportings.
Firt refer form 3CD and you will know what are the points to be concentred on for tax audit.
