An entity has appointed Mr.A as its auditor under its governing statute.The same person is appointed as its tax auditor also.whether 3CA is to be issued or 3CB.
Because here the statute is different, but the auditor is same.
Explain with law provision.

If the governing statute is a 'written law', form 3CA will suffice.
